We provide the Platform "as is". We don't guarantee specific career outcomes. Our liability is capped at what you've paid us or ₹1,000.
Indian law governs
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, after a good-faith 30-day resolution attempt.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Visintiq (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Platform
Visintiq is an AI-native career intelligence platform built for India. It helps users discover, plan, and execute careers across private, government, higher-education, skilling, and entrepreneurship tracks.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts belonging to users under 18.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Important disclaimers about AI and career guidance
5.1 Not professional advice
The Platform does NOT constitute professional career counseling, employment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, educational counseling, or psychological assessment.
You should consult qualified professionals before making significant career, financial, or educational decisions.
5.2 AI-generated content
The Platform uses Gemini AI via the Lovable Gateway. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. Salary figures, exam dates, eligibility criteria, and market data may not reflect current conditions. Always verify important information from official sources (government portals, official exam boards, employer websites). Career recommendations are algorithmic and may not account for every personal factor.
Do not make irreversible decisions based solely on Platform outputs.
5.3 Third-party resources
The Platform links to external sites (universities, exam boards, opportunity providers, learning resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these sites.
5.4 No guarantee of outcomes
We make no guarantee of employment, admission, exam success, salary outcomes, or any specific career result.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
- Attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content through the AI Mentor
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, code, curated knowledge graph, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile data, evidence, notes). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Fees
The core experience is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will communicate pricing clearly before any charge.
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated guidance.
Our total liability, in aggregate, is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
We may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith for at least 30 days.
15. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visintiq.
